Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Risk Control professional with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Lucknow. This role is crucial in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks within our water treatment and waste management operations. The ideal candidate will leverage their analytical skills and BCA background to contribute to robust risk management frameworks and ensure operational resilience. You will work closely with various departments to implement risk control measures and monitor their effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and implementation of risk management policies and procedures.

Conduct risk assessments and analyses for operational processes, projects, and new initiatives within the water treatment and waste management domains.

Monitor and track identified risks, ensuring timely execution of mitigation plans.

Prepare risk reports and present findings to management and relevant stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a risk-aware culture.

Support in compliance activities related to environmental, health, and safety regulations.

Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to identify trends and potential risk exposures.
