Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Risk Management & Compliance professional with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will support the development, implementation, and monitoring of risk management frameworks and compliance programs within the electronic components and semiconductors sector. This role requires a strong understanding of financial principles, regulatory requirements, and internal controls, suitable for an M.Com graduate.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational, financial, and compliance risks across various business units.

Support the implementation and maintenance of internal control systems and policies to ensure adherence to relevant regulations and company standards.

Conduct regular compliance reviews and audits, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions.

Prepare risk assessment reports and compliance dashboards for management review.

Stay updated on industry best practices and changes in regulatory requirements affecting the semiconductor industry.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a strong risk-aware culture.

Assist in the development and delivery of compliance training programs.
