RTG Crane Operator (2-3 Yrs Experience)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and experienced RTG Crane Operator for our operations in Thane. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of Rubber Tyred Gantry (RTG) cranes, ensuring the smooth movement of materials within the yard. This role requires a strong understanding of lifting procedures, safety protocols, and equipment maintenance, suitable for individuals with 2-3 years of experience and a postgraduate degree.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate RTG cranes safely and efficiently to lift, move, and stack containers and other heavy materials.
- Conduct pre-operation checks and routine maintenance to ensure the crane is in good working condition.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including lockout/tagout procedures.
- Monitor crane performance and report any malfunctions or potential hazards to supervisors.
- Maintain accurate records of crane operations, including daily logs and maintenance reports.
- Coordinate with ground staff and other personnel to ensure smooth and timely material handling.
- Follow operational plans and instructions to meet production targets.
- Participate in safety training and continuous improvement initiatives.
