RTG Crane Operator Job Opportunity - Content Development / Language (0-1 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking an entry-level RTG Crane Operator to join our Content Development and Language Services division. This role is ideal for a recent MBA/PGDM graduate with a keen interest in operational efficiency and a desire to contribute to a dynamic corporate environment. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of RTG cranes, ensuring the smooth movement of materials and resources within our facilities, supporting our content creation and language processing workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate RTG cranes safely and efficiently in accordance with company procedures and safety regulations.
- Perform pre-operational checks and routine maintenance on crane equipment.
- Load and unload materials onto and from designated areas, ensuring accuracy and minimizing damage.
- Monitor crane operations and report any malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
- Collaborate with logistics and operational teams to ensure timely material movement.
- Maintain accurate records of crane usage, maintenance, and material movements.
- Assist in inventory management and stocktaking as required.
- Adhere to all company policies, including health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
- Support the content development and language services teams by ensuring efficient workflow and resource availability.
