We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Safety Consultant to join our growing team in Lucknow. This role is ideal for an M.Des graduate with 1-3 years of experience who is passionate about ensuring a safe and compliant working environment within the water treatment and waste management industry. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, and promoting a culture of safety across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of safety policies and procedures in line with Indian regulations and international best practices.
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Participate in risk assessments for new projects and existing operations, focusing on design safety and operational risks.
- Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees at various levels.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, determining root causes and implementing preventive measures.
- Maintain accurate safety records and documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to integrate safety considerations into the design and execution phases of projects.
- Stay updated on relevant safety legislation and industry standards.
