Salon / Health Club Manager - MNC (Nasik)

We are seeking a motivated and organized Salon / Health Club Manager to oversee the operations of our employee wellness and recreational facilities. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a BCA degree and 0-2 years of experience, eager to apply their analytical and management skills in a dynamic corporate environment. The Manager will be responsible for ensuring a high-quality experience for employees, managing resources efficiently, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the salon and health club facilities, including scheduling, staff supervision, and inventory management.
- Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs and wellness initiatives.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively.
- Assist in budgeting, financial tracking, and reporting for the facilities.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to align services with employee needs.
- Utilize basic IT skills (from BCA background) for record-keeping, scheduling software, and data analysis.
- Contribute to the overall employee welfare and satisfaction.
