We are seeking a talented and motivated Search Engineer with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic technology team in Delhi. As a Search Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and optimizing search functionalities to enhance user experience and data retrieval for our diverse range of products and services. This role requires a strong foundation in computer science principles and practical experience in search technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement innovative search solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable search solutions using relevant technologies.
- Implement and fine-tune search algorithms for relevance, performance, and accuracy.
- Collaborate with product managers and software engineers to understand search requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Analyze search data, identify trends, and propose improvements to enhance search effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain search indexing pipelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to search performance and functionality.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in search technologies and best practices.
