Security Head - Nasik

We are seeking a diligent and proactive Security Head to oversee and manage all security operations at our Nasik facility. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and security of our personnel, assets, and intellectual property. The ideal candidate will have a B.Tech/B.E. degree and 1-2 years of experience in security management or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures for the Nasik facility.

Manage and supervise the security team, ensuring efficient deployment and performance.

Conduct regular security risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.

Oversee the operation and maintenance of security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.

Investigate security breaches, incidents, and violations, and prepare detailed reports.

Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.

Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations and company policies.

Manage security budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.
