Security Officer - Other - LLB Professionals

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and legally astute Security Officer with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will possess an LLB degree and be responsible for overseeing and implementing security protocols, ensuring the safety of company assets, personnel, and sensitive information. This role requires a strong understanding of legal frameworks and their application in security management within the leather industry context.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and enforce security policies and procedures in compliance with company regulations and legal requirements.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
- Investigate security breaches, incidents, and suspicious activities, preparing detailed reports and recommending preventive measures.
- Manage and supervise security personnel, ensuring their training and adherence to established protocols.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies and emergency services when necessary.
- Review and advise on legal aspects of security contracts, vendor agreements, and incident management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Indian laws and regulations pertaining to corporate security and data protection.
- Maintain and update security documentation, including access control logs and incident reports.
- Provide legal guidance on security-related matters to management and other departments.
