Security Officer - The Park Hotels (Kolkata)

We are seeking a vigilant and responsible Security Officer to join our team at The Park, Kolkata. This role is ideal for an individual with 1-2 years of experience in security operations, possessing a graduate degree, and looking to contribute to maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests and staff. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of security, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and responding effectively to any incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

Patrol hotel premises to ensure safety and security of guests, employees, and property.

Monitor surveillance equipment (CCTV) and alarms to detect and prevent security breaches.

Respond to emergencies, such as fire, medical incidents, or security threats, and take appropriate action.

Enforce hotel policies and procedures related to security and safety.

Conduct security checks on visitors, staff, and vehicles entering the premises.

Maintain accurate and detailed incident reports.

Assist guests and staff with security-related inquiries and concerns.

Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
