Security Supervisor (3-5 Yrs)

Role Summary:
Rallis India Limited is seeking a diligent and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee and manage security operations at our Coimbatore facility. The ideal candidate will have a B.Tech/B.E. degree and 3-5 years of experience in security management, preferably within the agrochemical industry. You will be responsible for implementing security policies, supervising security personnel, and ensuring the safety and security of company assets, employees, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and enforce security policies and procedures to safeguard company assets, personnel, and information.
- Supervise, train, and manage a team of security guards, ensuring their performance meets established standards.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.
- Oversee access control systems, surveillance equipment (CCTV), and alarm systems, ensuring their proper functioning.
- Respond effectively to security incidents, emergencies, and disturbances, initiating appropriate action and documenting all events.
- Liaise with local law enforcement agencies and emergency services when necessary.
- Manage visitor and contractor access, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of security-related activities, incidents, and investigations.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Stay updated with the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices relevant to the agrochemical industry.
