Senior Airline Services - Other - Textile & Apparel

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Airline Services - Other professional with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Surat. This role involves managing and coordinating various aspects of airline-related services within our textile and apparel business operations. The ideal candidate will be a 12th Pass graduate with a proactive approach and the ability to handle responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage all inbound and outbound airline cargo logistics, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to schedules.
Liaise with airlines, freight forwarders, and customs agents to facilitate smooth movement of goods.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, documentation, and expenses related to air cargo.
Assist in the preparation of shipping manifests, bills of lading, and other necessary travel documents.
Monitor flight statuses and communicate any delays or changes to relevant stakeholders.
Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the air transit process.
Ensure compliance with all aviation and transportation regulations.
Provide support for any other administrative tasks related to airline services as required by the management.
