Senior Environment Health and Safety - Other - Pulp & Paper

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Environment Health and Safety - Other professional with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Nasik. The ideal candidate will hold an M.Tech degree and be responsible for implementing and maintaining robust EHS policies and procedures within our Pulp & Paper manufacturing facility, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and promoting a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor EHS management systems and programs in line with company policies and legal requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards, assess risks, and recommend corrective actions.
- Investigate EHS incidents, near misses, and accidents, and implement preventive measures.
- Ensure compliance with all environmental regulations, including waste management, emissions control, and water pollution prevention.
- Develop and deliver EHS training programs to employees at all levels.
- Manage and maintain EHS documentation, including permits, licenses, and records.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and government agencies on EHS matters.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of emergency response plans.
- Promote a strong safety culture through proactive engagement and communication.
- Stay updated with the latest EHS best practices and regulatory changes relevant to the Pulp & Paper industry.
