Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Sr. Consultant with 1-3 years of experience and an MCA degree to join our growing team in Nagpur. As a Sr. Consultant, you will play a crucial role in implementing and optimizing our legal tech solutions for clients in the legal industry. This role requires a strong understanding of technology, problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Client onboarding and system implementation for legal clients.

Gathering client requirements and translating them into functional specifications.

Providing technical support and troubleshooting for deployed solutions.

Developing training materials and conducting user training sessions.

Collaborating with product and engineering teams to address client feedback and enhance features.

Analyzing client workflows and recommending process improvements using our platform.

Contributing to pre-sales activities by demonstrating product capabilities.
