Service Delivery Leader Job Opportunity - Insurance (1-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Service Delivery Leader with 1-3 years of experience to join our growing team at Policybazaar in Noida. As a Service Delivery Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of services to our customers and partners within the insurance domain. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong understanding of financial principles, gained through an M.Com degree, and a passion for customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the end-to-end service delivery process for insurance products, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer requests.

Act as a primary point of contact for customer escalations, resolving issues promptly and effectively to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, IT) to streamline processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement service improvements.

Monitor service performance metrics and generate reports to assess efficiency and identify areas for enhancement.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies related to insurance service delivery.

Assist in the training and development of junior team members on service delivery best practices.

Utilize your M.Com knowledge to understand financial implications of service delivery processes and contribute to cost-efficiency.
