Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Service Engineer with an M.Tech degree to join our dynamic team in Pune. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates looking to kick-start their career in the pulp and paper industry. The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and services to our clients, ensuring the optimal performance of our supplied equipment and systems. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a challenging and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist senior engineers in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of pulp and paper machinery.

Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with equipment and provide timely solutions.

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities.

Prepare technical reports, service documentation, and client feedback.

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, engineering, production) to ensure customer satisfaction.

Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.

Learn and adhere to all safety regulations and company procedures.
