Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Service Engineer with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Thane. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, installation, maintenance, and repair of electronic components and systems. This role is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the high standards of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with electronic components and equipment.
Perform installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance on customer premises or in the workshop.
Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints to understand system configurations.
Maintain accurate service records, reports, and inventory of spare parts.
Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to provide feedback and identify product improvements.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
