Shift Supervisor - Electronic Components / Semiconductors (Coimbatore)

We are seeking a diligent and experienced Shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our electronic component manufacturing facility in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background with a B.Tech/B.E. degree and 2-4 years of experience in a supervisory role within the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing sector. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient production, maintaining quality standards, and managing a team to achieve shift targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff during assigned shifts to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Monitor production processes, identify and resolve operational issues, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and maximize output.
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, quality control procedures, and company policies within the production environment.
• Train and mentor junior staff, providing guidance on best practices and operational procedures.
• Maintain production records, generate shift reports, and communicate performance metrics to management.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and quality assurance, to ensure seamless production flow.
