As a Site Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the online presence of our hotel and restaurant offerings, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience that drives bookings and revenue. This role is ideal for a B.Des graduate with a passion for visual merchandising, user experience, and digital marketing within the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Curate and manage product listings (hotel rooms, packages, dining experiences) on the OYO website and app, ensuring accurate descriptions, high-quality imagery, and competitive pricing.

Develop and implement merchandising strategies to highlight promotions, seasonal offers, and new property launches.

Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion data to identify trends and opportunities for improving site performance and user journeys.

Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to create compelling visual content and promotional campaigns.

Optimize search results and navigation to enhance discoverability and user experience.

Conduct A/B testing on various merchandising elements to maximize engagement and conversion rates.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in e-commerce merchandising and UX design.
