Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Reliability Engineer with 0-1 years of experience, ideally with a BBA/BBM background, to join our growing team in Kochi. This role is crucial for ensuring the stability, performance, and scalability of our IT infrastructure and business applications within the dynamic pulp and paper industry. You will work closely with our IT and operations teams to implement and maintain reliable systems, focusing on automation and proactive problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring system performance and availability, identifying and escalating potential issues.
- Participate in the implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
- Support the development and execution of automation scripts for routine tasks and system deployments.
- Contribute to incident response and troubleshooting efforts, documenting resolutions.
- Learn and apply SRE principles and best practices to improve system reliability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
- Assist in capacity planning and performance tuning of systems.
- Maintain system documentation and knowledge base.
- Gain hands-on experience with various IT tools and technologies relevant to the pulp and paper industry.
