The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree and possess a strong understanding of social studies curricula. This role involves educating employees on various aspects of social studies relevant to our corporate environment and the broader Indian context, fostering critical thinking and a well-rounded understanding of societal dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver engaging lessons on topics such as history, geography, civics, and economics tailored to adult learners.
Create educational materials, presentations, and assessments to evaluate understanding.
Facilitate discussions and activities that encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Stay updated with current events and social trends in India and globally, and integrate them into the curriculum.
Provide feedback to learners and adapt teaching methods based on their progress and needs.
Contribute to the development of educational programs within the company.
