Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Software Compliance - License Management specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all software used within Veeda Clinical Research is compliant with licensing agreements and regulatory requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent B.Sc graduate with a keen interest in IT governance and compliance within the fast-paced clinical research environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track software licenses to ensure compliance with vendor agreements and company policies.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all software assets and their associated licenses.
- Assist in the procurement process for new software, ensuring proper licensing and cost-effectiveness.
- Identify and report any instances of non-compliance or potential risks related to software licensing.
- Collaborate with IT and legal departments to interpret licensing terms and conditions.
- Support internal and external audits related to software compliance.
- Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures for software asset management.
- Provide basic support and guidance to end-users regarding software usage and licensing queries.
- Stay updated on relevant software licensing trends and regulatory changes.
