Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sommelier with a strong legal background (LLB) to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. The Sommelier will play a crucial role in ensuring regulatory compliance and providing expert legal counsel within our clinical research operations. This role requires a unique blend of specialized knowledge in wine and legal expertise, applied within the context of the pharmaceutical and contract research industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal interpretation and guidance on regulatory frameworks governing clinical trials and pharmaceutical development in India and internationally.
Review and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to clinical research projects, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.
Advise on intellectual property rights, data privacy, and confidentiality matters within the scope of research and development.
Conduct legal research and analysis on emerging regulatory trends and their potential impact on clinical research operations.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including R&D, regulatory affairs, and business development teams, to ensure legal and compliance alignment.
Assist in the development and implementation of legal and compliance policies and procedures.
Utilize expertise in wine knowledge for specialized applications within the company, as required.
