Job Description

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Sports Agent to join our Legal team in Bhubaneshwar. This role is ideal for a candidate with 2-4 years of experience and a B.Des degree, who can leverage their understanding of design principles and visual communication to support our sports law practice. You will be instrumental in managing client relationships, contract negotiations, and brand ambassadorships within the sports industry, ensuring alignment with legal frameworks and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and nurture relationships with athletes, sports personalities, and relevant stakeholders.

Assist in contract drafting, negotiation, and review, ensuring compliance with Indian sports law and regulations.

Identify and develop endorsement and sponsorship opportunities for clients.

Utilize B.Des knowledge to advise clients on personal branding, visual representation, and marketing collateral.

Coordinate with legal teams to ensure all client activities are legally sound and ethically managed.

Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and emerging legal issues in sports.

Organize and manage client schedules, travel, and event participation.
