We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sports Staff and Management - Other to join our team at our Chennai facility. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent B.Sc graduate looking to gain experience in corporate sports management within the dynamic pulp and paper industry. You will be responsible for assisting in the organization, coordination, and execution of various sports and recreational activities for our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and organizing company-sponsored sports events, tournaments, and team-building activities.
- Coordinate logistics for sports events, including venue booking, equipment management, and participant registration.
- Communicate event details and updates to employees through various channels.
- Provide on-site support during events, ensuring smooth operations and participant satisfaction.
- Maintain inventory of sports equipment and ensure proper maintenance and storage.
- Assist in promoting employee participation in sports and wellness programs.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments on employee engagement initiatives.
