Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and creative Sr. Consultant with a Master's degree in Design (M.Des) to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. This role is ideal for an individual with 0-1 years of experience looking to kickstart their career in the hospitality industry. You will contribute to enhancing guest experiences, conceptualizing innovative service designs, and supporting various strategic initiatives within our hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of new guest services and experiences, translating insights into tangible concepts.
- Conduct user research and analysis to understand guest needs and preferences for service improvement.
- Support the ideation and prototyping of innovative solutions for operational challenges within the hotel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, marketing, and F&B to implement design strategies.
- Prepare presentations and reports to communicate design concepts and project progress to stakeholders.
- Contribute to maintaining brand consistency and enhancing the overall aesthetic of hotel touchpoints.
