Utilize your B.Des skills to design visually appealing and engaging job postings and employer branding materials.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation.

Develop and implement effective onboarding programs that integrate new hires smoothly.

Assist in the development of employee engagement initiatives and HR policies.

Maintain accurate employee records and generate staffing reports.

Leverage design thinking principles to improve HR processes and candidate experience.
