Stage Manager - Clinical Research / Contract Research (1-2 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Stage Manager with a Doctorate/PhD to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for overseeing and coordinating various stages of clinical research projects within our Thane facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of clinical trial processes and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical research studies.

Coordinate activities between different departments and stakeholders involved in the research process.

Ensure adherence to study protocols, regulatory guidelines (ICH-GCP), and company SOPs.

Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, identifying and mitigating potential risks.

Prepare and maintain accurate study documentation and reports.

Facilitate communication among study teams, investigators, and sponsors.

Support in the organization and scheduling of study-related meetings and site visits.
