The Stage Manager will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing various operational activities within our NBFC, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of daily tasks and projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the staging of internal meetings, presentations, and events, ensuring all logistical requirements are met.
- Assist in the planning and execution of operational workflows, adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor and track project timelines and deliverables, providing regular updates to the management.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments to ensure seamless project progression.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operational activities and project milestones.
- Support the implementation of new processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Identify and troubleshoot operational bottlenecks, proposing and implementing effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant NBFC regulations and internal control procedures.
