Steward - 0-2 Yrs (Gurgaon)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Steward with 0-2 years of experience and an M.Des degree to join our team in Gurgaon. The Steward will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of designated areas, focusing on inventory management, material handling, and supporting cross-functional teams. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced semiconductor environment. The ideal candidate will leverage their design thinking and problem-solving skills gained from their M.Des to optimize processes and contribute to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in the meticulous tracking and management of electronic components and materials within the facility.
* Support inventory control processes, including receiving, stocking, and issuing of parts.
* Ensure accurate documentation and data entry related to material movement and stock levels.
* Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and logistics teams to fulfill material requests and resolve discrepancies.
* Implement and adhere to standard operating procedures for material handling and storage.
* Participate in cycle counting and physical inventory audits.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement using design thinking principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies.
* Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
