Store Designer - Jaipur

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Store Designer with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing innovative store designs that align with our brand identity and enhance customer experience. While the primary focus is on store aesthetics and functionality, a background in B.Pharma will be considered, indicating a strong understanding of structured environments and meticulous planning.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and present creative store design concepts, including layouts, fixtures, and visual merchandising strategies.
- Translate brand guidelines and marketing objectives into compelling retail environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and procurement, to ensure design feasibility and alignment.
- Create detailed design specifications, drawings, and mood boards.
- Oversee the implementation of store designs, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Source and select materials, furniture, and lighting to create a cohesive and attractive store atmosphere.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging design technologies.
- Ensure all designs comply with safety regulations and accessibility standards.
