Stores & Material Management - Other (3-4 Yrs Experience)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual for the role of Stores & Material Management - Other. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in a relevant field and 3-4 years of experience in managing inventory, procurement, and logistics within an electronics manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of materials, maintaining accurate stock records, and supporting production operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the stores, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems and physical counts.
- Track stock levels and initiate purchase requisitions for materials to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
- Inspect incoming goods for quality and quantity discrepancies.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse for efficient space utilization and easy retrieval of materials.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Support in cycle counting and annual stock audits.
- Ensure adherence to safety and housekeeping standards in the stores area.
- Assist in the preparation of reports related to inventory and material movement.
