Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and analytical M.Com graduate with 1-2 years of experience to join our team as a Strategic Risk Analyst. This role will be crucial in identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks that could impact our business objectives within the dynamic electronic components and semiconductor industry. You will work closely with various departments to ensure robust risk management frameworks are in place.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of strategic risk management policies and procedures.
Conduct risk assessments and analyses to identify potential financial, operational, and market risks.
Monitor and analyze industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively identify emerging risks.
Prepare risk reports and present findings to senior management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Support internal audit activities related to risk management.
