We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Strategic Sourcing Manager with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram. This role is crucial in managing and optimizing our sourcing strategies to support our extensive operations in the film and music industry. The ideal candidate will have a BBA/BBM degree and a foundational understanding of procurement and supplier management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing strategic sourcing strategies for various categories of goods and services.
• Conduct market research and supplier analysis to identify potential new suppliers and assess existing ones.
• Support in negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings and favorable terms.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to quality, delivery, and service level agreements.
