Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Subject Matter Expert - IT with 0-2 years of experience and an M.Pharma background to join our dynamic IT team in Coimbatore. This role is crucial for bridging the gap between IT solutions and the specific needs of our hospitality business, particularly in areas where pharmaceutical knowledge might offer unique insights. You will support IT operations, contribute to system enhancements, and ensure seamless technology integration within our hotel and restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT systems and applications relevant to the hospitality sector.
- Provide first-level support and troubleshooting for end-users, resolving IT-related issues efficiently.
