Supervisor / Incharge - Iron & Steel Sector (1-3 Yrs)

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

- Maintain quality control standards for all manufactured products.
- Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
- Train and mentor junior staff members.
- Prepare daily/weekly production reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
