Role Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the pipeline for instrumentation-related projects within our organization. You will ensure the smooth flow of information, resources, and deliverables from conception to completion, with a focus on innovative design solutions and efficient process management. This role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of experience and a B.Des degree, looking to contribute to a dynamic startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire instrumentation pipeline, from initial concept and design to final implementation and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, and marketing, to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
- Develop and maintain documentation for instrumentation processes, standards, and best practices.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement solutions to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members involved in the instrumentation pipeline.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in instrumentation and design.
- Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers for instrumentation-related components and services.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.
