Supply Chain Manager (3-5 Yrs) | Hyderabad

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. This role is crucial for optimizing our end-to-end supply chain operations within the textile and apparel sector. The ideal candidate will leverage their analytical skills and understanding of design and product development to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of materials and finished goods. This position is well-suited for individuals with a Master's degree in Design (M.Des) and 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on sourcing, procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with design and product development teams to understand material requirements, production timelines, and quality standards, ensuring seamless integration from concept to market.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
• Optimize inventory levels to minimize holding costs while ensuring product availability and meeting demand forecasts.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement, proposing and implementing solutions.
• Oversee logistics and transportation operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery of goods across the supply chain.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in supply chain management and textile manufacturing.
