Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Switching / Router Engineering professional with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Sc degree and a strong understanding of network infrastructure, routing protocols, and switching technologies. You will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust and scalable network solutions to support our analytics and KPO operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and deploy enterprise-level routing and switching solutions.
- Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure network security by implementing and managing firewalls, VPNs, and access control lists.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define network requirements and provide technical support.
- Maintain network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
- Stay updated with the latest networking technologies and best practices.
