System Analyst for BBA/BBM Graduates (3-4 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and analytical System Analyst with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will possess a BBA/BBM degree and have a strong understanding of business processes within the oil and gas industry. You will be responsible for analyzing complex business requirements, designing and implementing IT solutions, and ensuring seamless integration of systems to support our operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements from various stakeholders within the oil and gas operations.
- Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for IT systems.
- Collaborate with development teams to design, develop, and implement new software applications and system enhancements.
- Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide training to end-users.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely support to resolve technical problems.
- Create and maintain system documentation, including user manuals and technical guides.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all system-related activities.
