We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Taxation Executive with 1-3 years of experience to join our finance team in Bhubaneshwar. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Indian taxation laws and regulations and be eager to contribute to the company's tax compliance and planning efforts. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth within a dynamic chemical industry environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and filing of Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and others as applicable.
Support in the preparation and filing of Income Tax returns and TDS compliances.
Conduct tax research and analysis to identify potential tax savings and ensure compliance with evolving tax laws.
Maintain accurate tax records and documentation for audit purposes.
Liaise with tax authorities and external consultants for assessments and queries.
Assist in the review of contracts from a tax perspective.
Support the tax team in various ad-hoc tax-related projects.
