Teaching Assistant (2-3 Yrs) - Delhi

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Teaching Assistant with 2-3 years of experience and a M.Pharma degree to join our dynamic team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will support our internal training programs and knowledge-sharing initiatives, playing a crucial role in the development and delivery of educational content for our professional services teams. This role requires a strong understanding of pharmaceutical sciences combined with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and updating of training materials, modules, and presentations related to pharmaceutical sciences and relevant professional services.
- Support trainers during workshops and learning sessions, ensuring smooth execution and participant engagement.
- Conduct research and gather information to supplement training content and address participant queries.
- Manage training logistics, including scheduling, participant registration, and resource allocation.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback collection and basic analysis.
- Provide administrative support to the Learning & Development team as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in pharmaceutical sciences and professional development trends.
