Role Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Trainer with 1-3 years of experience to join our Learning & Development team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree and a passion for developing and delivering impactful training programs within the hospitality sector. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our employees, contributing to service excellence and operational efficiency across our various properties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop training materials, modules, and workshops for diverse employee groups, aligning with company standards and learning objectives.
- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions, both in-person and virtually, covering areas such as customer service, operational procedures, brand standards, and soft skills.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance data analysis, and recommend appropriate training interventions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms, post-training assessments, and performance tracking, and provide regular reports to management.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in hospitality training and adult learning methodologies.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and informative introduction to the company and their roles.
- Maintain training records and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
