Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for our learning management system (LMS) and other educational platforms.
- Assist in the implementation and customization of educational technology solutions for schools and students.
- Collaborate with the product development team to gather feedback and suggest improvements based on user experience and technical insights.
- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to educators and students on how to effectively use our platforms.
- Analyze user data and generate reports to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in educational technology and pharmaceutical industry advancements.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new users and provide ongoing technical assistance.
