Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Content Developer with 3-4 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our dynamic team at Pepperfry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing high-quality technical content that explains complex product features, installation guides, and troubleshooting procedures in a clear and concise manner. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our customer support resources and ensuring that our technical documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting articles.

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to understand product functionalities and technical specifications.

Translate complex technical information into user-friendly content suitable for a wide audience.

Ensure consistency in style, tone, and terminology across all technical documentation.

Review and edit existing technical content for accuracy, clarity, and completeness.

Manage the content lifecycle, including content creation, updates, and archival.

Gather feedback from internal teams and customers to identify areas for content improvement.

Stay updated with industry best practices in technical writing and content development.
