Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of technical equipment and systems used in agricultural research and development.
- Support the execution of field trials and laboratory experiments, ensuring accurate data collection and recording.
- Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to implement new technologies and processes.
- Maintain inventory of technical supplies and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards in all operational activities.
