Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with development and product teams to understand product requirements and translate them into comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Design and execute test strategies, including functional, regression, performance, and usability testing.
- Identify, analyze, and document defects clearly and thoroughly.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing processes and methodologies.
- Perform root cause analysis of defects and provide actionable feedback to the development team.
- Ensure the quality and reliability of our educational software and platforms.
