Textile Designer - M.A Professionals (3-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a creative and experienced Textile Designer with a Master's degree and 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Surat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing innovative textile prints, patterns, and color palettes for our export market. You will work closely with the design and production teams to ensure designs meet market trends, client specifications, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and create original textile designs, prints, and patterns for various fabric types.
- Develop and present mood boards, color palettes, and design concepts to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the merchandising and production teams to ensure designs are feasible and meet manufacturing requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest fashion trends, color forecasts, and market demands in the textile export industry.
- Prepare technical specifications and artwork for sampling and production.
- Conduct market research to identify new design opportunities and competitive insights.
- Ensure designs align with brand aesthetics and client briefs.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
