Tool & Die Maker - 3-4 Yrs Experience - Education

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tool & Die Maker with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Kochi. This role is crucial for developing and maintaining specialized tools and dies used in our educational content production and hardware development. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of precision machining and a commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and CAD data to understand specifications.

Fabricate, assemble, and repair precision tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures.

Operate various machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, and CNC machines.

Perform precision grinding and fitting operations to achieve tight tolerances.

Conduct quality checks and measurements using precision measuring instruments.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to tool and die performance.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Collaborate with engineers and other team members to optimize tool design and functionality.
