Tool & Die Maker for Diploma Graduates (2-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Tool & Die Maker with 2-4 years of experience to join our manufacturing team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and a strong understanding of tool and die fabrication and maintenance. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Fabricate, assemble, and repair precision tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures according to blueprints and specifications.

Operate various machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, and CNC machines to produce precision components.

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on tools and dies to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications.

Inspect finished tools and dies for accuracy and adherence to specifications using precision measuring instruments.

Collaborate with engineers and production staff to troubleshoot issues and improve tool design.

Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
